Autumn & Christmas Session 2024

These are the main setups but there will be more. I just have no sample pictures yet!

How to Prepare!

Clothing colours: all clothes work best in red and green and other traditional Christmas colours, like brown, white, beige and gold. Please stay away from baby blues, prinks and animal, flower prints or similar non-traditional outfits. I would also not recommend Christmas jumpers, but thats completely up to you. For the Autumn part please see below clothing examples!

Clothes: You can change outfits once, please do not try to change outfits with a child who hates changing; you will only upset them and that will ruin your pictures. (toddlers 2-3, young teens, autistic children, sometimes it's not worth it!) TRy to find an outfit that fits both autumn and Christmas.

Hair: If you do not want the hair of the girls or boys to be in their faces please make sure to bring a hair clip, but generally I would recommend open hair (straight or curled)! or halfway up hair, young girls are also cute in pic trail.

If your kids have any band-aids, please remove them if they're no longer needed. Also, please ensure that your children don't have any tattoos on their arms or legs, as they can be difficult to remove in post-processing.

If your child is wearing nail polish, please make sure it looks great or remove it.

For smaller girls, please make sure they wear something underneath their dresses and skirts to hide their nappy and underwear.

When it comes to hairstyles, please avoid ponytails as they can sometimes look like no hair from certain angles. Curled hair, pigtails, or leaving the hair open usually looks great in pictures.

Please avoid using any self-tanning products, as they can stain the baby's clothes during the shoot. Unfortunately, I won't be able to edit out fake tan lines or yellow-orange skin.

Please make sure to iron your clothes before the session to ensure they look their best.

All christmas backdrops will be suitable for Christmas Pjs. But if you wanna wear something else please put the proper outfit on first, as it's easier to change into PJs.

Shoes are only allowed if they are fully clean and brought into the studio and put on inside. Because the floor will be white so we want to keep it clean for all families. No pointy high heels!
